With the very essence of the statement being true, education has evolved as more than mere memory training and more than informing a child or student of the past and its achievements. These factors have their own significances, as the past must be understood and studied, for out of it must grow that which is new, its flower and its fruit. Education involves more than the investigation of a subject and the forming of subsequent conclusions leading to hypotheses which, in their own turn, lead to still more investigation and conclusions. Education is not only a sincere effort to fit a child or adult to be a good citizen, an intelligent parent and no charge upon the state. It has a far reaching and wider implication than producing a human being who will be a commercially viable. Education has other objectives than rendering life enjoyable and so enabling men and women to achieve a culture, which will permit them to participate with interest in all that transpires in the three worlds of human affairs. It is all the above, but should also be much more.

A constant quest for knowing the unknown, discovering the undiscovered and traversing paths of terra incognita has kept the human mind constantly impassioned, and its only by education and proper inculcation of knowledge that this journey can be kept fuelled through ages to come.

We, at Institute of Education, Research & Development are regularly:

• Conducting classroom and correspondence coaching for Bachelors, Masters, Doctoral and Diplomas in various fields of Education such as Management, Health, Law, Business Studies, Teachers' Education, Languages etc. and awarding deserving contributors to the above causes with Gold Medals and other honors.

• Conducting classes, conferences, symposiums, seminars, workshops, meetings etc. on various contemporary and important issues viz. World Peace, Conflict Resolution, HIV/AIDS, Women's Education, International Understanding and cooperation etc.

IERD is also an approved study center of Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation Deemed University recognized by Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India and University Grants Commission, Govt. of India, with the recommendations of Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation as an acknowledgement of excellence and satisfaction for the highest levels of academic.
